Application of Microsoft products and technologies for the private educational cloud build-up

Abstract

Cloudy estimations require not only high-powered and scalable facilities but the complex instrumentation with system software for development, operation and monitoring of the entire system. For this purpose company Microsoft provides a large variety of technologies such as virtualization by means of Hyper-V as the whole product family of System Center for generation and effective use of the cloudy environment. Separate components of System Center and their application for build-up and operation of the private educational cloud are considered in the article.
