Military outer space of the 21st century: learning of drawbacks and capabilities in the light of responsiveness
Abstract
The article learns drawbacks of traditional approach to the use of outer space for military purposes (in particular, responsiveness - as method to overcome them), and essence, structure and capabilities of responsive approach to military outer space. Components of achieving responsiveness are under consideration.
